Free Shipping Offer

We currently provide free standard shipping worldwide for a limited time. Orders may ship from either our U.S. warehouse or our Asia warehouse, depending on stock availability and the destination country. Our goal is to keep delivery as clear and predictable as possible so customers know what to expect throughout the shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details is sent so the package can be followed in transit.

Shipping Within the United States

Most U.S. orders are fulfilled through domestic distribution centers for faster delivery.

  • Standard shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Express shipping: 4–9 business days on select items

Tracking is issued as soon as the order is dispatched.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally using trusted carriers such as DHL, YunExpress, USPS, 4PX, SDH, and Yanwen. Delivery estimates are measured in business days only, which do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times above are estimates and may vary depending on customs, weather, local carrier conditions, and other factors outside the seller’s control.

Delays and Exceptions

Transit times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, severe weather, or courier delays. Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, tracking updates depend on that carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a shipment cannot be delivered because of issues such as an incorrect address, missing apartment number, refusal of delivery, the recipient being unavailable, or failure to collect a parcel, the carrier may mark it as delivery attempted, return to sender, or undeliverable. Refused or unclaimed packages are treated as undeliverable.

If the carrier confirms a delivery attempt or confirms the parcel was available for pickup, that still counts as a valid delivery attempt. If the package is returned through the carrier’s system, the customer may request a reshipment once it is processed, though additional shipping charges may apply. Orders returned because of delivery issues are not eligible for a refund.

Lost Shipments

After the parcel has been handed to the carrier, final delivery timing is managed by the carrier network. If a package is confirmed lost, the case may be reviewed and resolved according to the store’s policy. Customers who believe a shipment is delayed or lost are advised to contact support for assistance.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional paid service available at checkout to help cover transit-related issues such as loss, theft, or damage while the parcel is on its way. If it was purchased and the shipment is confirmed as lost, stolen, or damaged, support will assist based on the situation.

This protection fee is non-refundable once the order has been processed, even if the order is later returned, canceled after shipment, or otherwise refunded. If a return is approved, the refund applies only to the product price, and does not include Shipping Protection, original shipping fees, or other service charges.
