At Nuvane Oak, every product is inspected before it ships. If something goes wrong during normal use, our support team will review the issue and determine the most appropriate solution under our warranty guidelines. 

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to technical or manufacturing defects that arise during normal use, beginning from the shipping date of the order.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or outside causes such as drops or water exposure
  • Normal wear and tear or natural material aging
  • Problems caused by product modifications, accidents, or unauthorized repair attempts

If the issue is outside warranty coverage, customers should instead refer to the store’s replacement policy for further help.

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty support:

  1. Email support@nuvaneoak.com during the applicable warranty period.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request and confirm whether the product qualifies for a repair or replacement under warranty.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted under this warranty process.
